First steps

Hello. This will be the place where i keep track of all my goals and challanges during this year.

I recently understood after a skype session with my backer / coach that I I'm currently at the lowest point of my life health wise and I'm only 23 years old. My bad health and daily routines have for the past 8 months been fucking up my chances of reaching the goals I've set myself out to achieve.

I've been a part-time poker pro since 2010 ish and I am also part time bartending in a pretty fancy cocktail bar.

Around 1,5 years ago my weight said around 63-64kgs being 1.74meters tall. I was working out and feeling quite good. But did also back then have alot of bad habits, drinking too much, eating garbage and drinking way too much soda. My current weight now is 55kgs.

Last year until March 2015 I sat myself several goals in poker to improve as a player and make different amounts of money during each month. I was never even close completing a challange i set my self having a fatigue so bad I can't believe I didn't notice until now

As of yesterday I sat myself some new proper goals. First and most important I want to become healthy and increase my fatigue. So i need to change my diet. I will need to be able not to ejaculate for atleast 2 weeks(Preferably more to become limitless). And I'm most def going to work out properly again. I will start really slow with basics. I want to play 100 hours of online-poker a month and want my profits to be atleast 6500$ when May >Comes< to and end. I want to improve my game a ton during the next months with the help from my backer and mentor and really learn to understand poker properly.

I started this challange yesterday being on a pretty heavy downswing. But with some good run today winning back 1003$ I'm now only 845$ in makeup. 

Short term goals: 

  • Not ejaculate for another 16days so that my oxytocyn level can get back up
  • No soda, candy or any other similar shit until May
  • Drink atleast 2 liters of water a day until May
  • No alcohol unless there is some kind of event 
  • Reach profits of 6500$ before June
  • Workout 30 minutes a day 5 days a week
